[value] => Am vergangenen 9. November 2017 hat das Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (ABI) mehrere Verordnungen zur Übernahme verschiedener internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS) durch die Europäische Union verabschiedet.
Diese Rechnungslegungsstandards sind innerhalb der jeweils vorgesehenen Fristen verbindlich von all denjenigen Unternehmen anzuwenden, die ihre Jahresabschlüsse auf der Grundlage der in Europa übernommenen IFRS aufstellen. Da es sich um europäische Verordnungen handelt, sind diese direkt anwendbar und erfordern keine Übernahme in die nationale Gesetzgebung jedes Mitgliedstaates.
Insgesamt werden die folgenden Rechnungslegungsstandards übernommen bzw. geändert: IFRS 4 (Versicherungsverträge), 7 (Kapitalflussrechnungen), 12 (Ertragsteuern), 15 (Erlöse aus Verträgen mit Kunden) und 16 (Leasingverhältnisse).
Die wichtigsten Änderungen betreffen IFRS 15 und 16:
IFRS 15: Es wurden mehrere Änderungen vorgenommen, insbesondere in denjenigen Fällen, in denen der Vertrag über den Verkauf oder die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen verschiedene vom Anbieter der Dienstleistung oder des Produktes zu erfüllende Verpflichtungen enthält.
IFRS 16: Wesentliche Änderungen werden bei der Bilanzierung von Miet- bzw. Leasingverträgen und der Bilanzierung der sogenannten ausserbilanziellen Verpflichtungen vorgenommen. Bislang wurde nur der in jeder Periode angefallene Leasingbetrag als Aufwand erfasst, ohne dass der aus dem Leasingvertrag entstandene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstand aktiviert bzw. die Verbindlichkeit gegenüber dem Leasinggeber aus den noch nicht fälligen Leasingzahlungen erfasst wurden. Mit den neuen Vorschriften verschwindet die Unterscheidung zwischen finanziellen und operativen Leasingverträgen und der Leasingaufwand wird anhand der Abschreibung des entsprechenden Vermögenswertes erfasst, anstatt als Mietaufwand betrachtet zu werden.

[value] => El pasado 9 de noviembre de 2017, el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea (DOUE) publicó varios Reglamentos por los que la Unión Europea adopta diversas Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF).
Estas normas son de aplicación obligatoria, dentro de los plazos previstos en cada una de ellas, por parte de todas aquellas empresas que formulen sus cuentas anuales bajo las NIIF adoptadas en Europa. Al tratarse de reglamentos europeos, éstos son de aplicación directa y no precisan de su incorporación a la legislación nacional de cada estado miembro.
En resumen, se adoptan o modifican las NIIF 4 (Contratos de seguros), 7 (Estado de flujos de efectivo), 12 (Impuesto sobre las ganancias), 15 (Ingresos ordinarios procedentes de contratos con clientes) y 16 (Arrendamientos).
Los cambios más significativos se producen en las NIIF 15 y 16:
NIIF 15: se han adoptado varias modificaciones, sobre todo en aquellos casos en los que el contrato de venta o de prestación de servicios contenga diversas obligaciones de cumplimiento por parte de la empresa suministradora del servicio o de la venta.
NIIF 16: se adoptan cambios significativos en el reconocimiento contable de los arrendamientos y en el reconocimiento de los denominados pasivos fuera del balance. Hasta ahora, únicamente se registraba como gasto el arrendamiento que se devengaba en cada periodo sin reconocerse en el activo del balance el derecho que generaba el contrato de arrendamiento ni en el pasivo la deuda con el arrendador por la renta del alquiler todavía no devengada. Con la nueva normativa desaparece la diferenciación entre arrendamiento financiero y operativo y el gasto por arrendamiento se registrará vía amortización del correspondiente activo en lugar de considerarse gasto por arrendamiento.
