[value] => Von der Verbreitung des COVID-19 werden die Mode- und Luxusmärkte in Spanien besonders hart getroffen, da die spanischen Modefirmen aufgrund der im von der spanischen Regierung am 17. März 2020 verabschiedeten Königlichen Gesetzesdekret 8/2020 geregelten außerordentlichen Dringlichkeitsmaßnahmen zur Bewältigung der wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Auswirkungen des COVID-19 gezwungen sind, ihre Einkaufs-/Logistikläden/-zentren "auf unbestimmte Zeit" zu schließen.
Die Mehrzahl der Modefirmen wie zum Beispiel Tendam (7.000 Mitarbeiter), Adolfo Dominguez (909), Bimba y Lola (800), El Ganso (500), Pompeii (50), und auch Mango (4.767) hat bereits die Kurzarbeit in Form des “ERTE” beantragt.
Die Ängste und die Unsicherheit der wohlhabenden Verbraucher werden durch massive Verluste an den Aktienmärkten noch verstärkt, die in naher Zukunft ein Gefühl des finanziellen Verlusts hervorrufen werden. Diese Verluste werden dazu führen, dass wohlhabende Verbraucher, aber auch Massenmarktkonsumenten, die regelmäßig Luxusgüter kaufen, zumindest mittelfristig ihre Ausgaben stark zurückfahren werden. Auch die Lieferketten für Luxusgüter werden von chinesischen und europäischen Verwerfungen betroffen sein. Sie werden zwar wiederhergestellt werden, jedoch ist bereits ein großer Verlust eingetreten, der über Monate nachhalten wird.
Um die wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Auswirkungen des COVID-19 weitestgehend zu minimieren, stellt die spanische Textilindustrie während der Krise ihre Produktionskapazitäten in den Dienst der Regierung. Bisher haben bereits mehr als hundert Unternehmen, darunter Textilgigante Santanderina, ihre Produktionskapazität angeboten. In der vergangenen Woche begann das Industrieministerium damit, mit verschiedenen Arbeitgebern der Modebranche Kontakt aufzunehmen, um die Möglichkeit zu prüfen, Unternehmen als Lieferanten von medizinischer Ausrüstung wie Masken, Pyjamas oder Einweganzügen zu nutzen. Inditex kündigte bereits an, dass er der Regierung seine gesamte Logistik- und Lieferantenkapazität zur Verfügung stellen werde, um das gesamte von den Krankenhäusern benötigte medizinische Material aus China nach Spanien zu transportieren.
Der nationale Verband für Parfümerie und Kosmetik („Stanpa“) arbeitet ihrerseits mit Unternehmen des Sektors zusammen, um das Gesundheitssystem mit hydroalkoholischen Desinfektionsmitteln zu versorgen.
Auch die digitalen Fähigkeiten der spanischen Modemarken sind im Moment gefragt und werden langfristig noch wichtiger werden.
Die Modefirmen sind nun während der Krise auf den Onlinehandel und -verkauf angewiesen, welcher sich mithin in Zukunft verstärken wird. Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob die Luxuskonsumenten ihren Appetit auf das gleiche Niveau wie vor der Krise, die ohnehin etwas rückläufig war, wiederbeleben werden.

[value] => Los mercados de la moda y el lujo en España están siendo especialmente afectados por la crisis del COVID-19, ya que las empresas españolas de moda se han visto obligadas a cerrar sus tiendas, almacenes y centros de logística "indefinidamente" como consecuencia de las medidas extraordinarias de emergencia reguladas por el Real Decreto Legislativo 8/2020, aprobado por el Gobierno español el 17 de marzo de 2020 para hacer frente a las repercusiones económicas y sociales del COVID-19.
La mayoría de las empresas de moda como Tendam (7.000 empleados), Adolfo Domínguez (909), Bimba y Lola (800), El Ganso (500), Pompeya (50), así como Mango (4.767) ya han solicitado la reducción de jornada en forma de "ERTE".
Los temores y la inseguridad de los consumidores del sector lujo se ven exacerbados por las pérdidas masivas en los mercados de valores, por lo que tendrán una sensación de pérdida financiera en un futuro próximo. Estas pérdidas darán lugar a que estos consumidores, así como aquellos que con un menor poder adquisitivo también compran regularmente artículos de lujo, reduzcan sus gastos de forma drástica, al menos a medio plazo. Las cadenas de suministro de bienes de lujo también se verán afectadas por el parón chinos y europeo y, aunque se recuperarán, sufren ya grandes pérdidas y repercusiones que se prolongarán durante meses.
Con el fin de minimizar al máximo el impacto económico y social de COVID-19, la industria textil española pone su capacidad de producción al servicio del gobierno durante la crisis. Hasta ahora, más de cien empresas, incluyendo el gigante textil Santanderina, ya han ofrecido su capacidad de producción. La semana pasada, el Ministerio de Industria comenzó a contactar con varios responsables de la industria de la moda para examinar la posibilidad de utilizar las empresas como proveedores de equipos médicos, tales como mascarillas, pijamas o trajes desechables. Inditex ya ha anunciado que pondrá a disposición del gobierno toda su capacidad logística y de proveedores para transportar todo el equipamiento médico que necesitan los hospitales desde China a España.
Por su parte, la Asociación Nacional de Perfumería y Cosmética "Stanpa" coopera con empresas del sector para suministrar al sistema de salud desinfectantes hidroalcohólicos.
Las capacidades digitales de las marcas de moda españolas también están siendo demandadas en este momento y serán aún más importantes a largo plazo. Durante la crisis, las empresas de moda dependen ahora del comercio y las ventas online que, por lo tanto, aumentarán en el futuro.
Queda por ver si los consumidores de lujo revivirán su apetito al mismo nivel que antes de la crisis, que en cualquier caso empezaba a disminuir ligeramente.
