[value] => Am 29. Oktober 2016 hat das Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (ABl) die Verordnung (EU) 2016/1905 der Kommission vom 22. September 2016 in Bezug auf den internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandard (IFRS) 15 „ Erlöse aus Verträgen mit Kunden“ veröffentlicht.
Diese Vorschrift zielt darauf ab, die Grundsätze festzulegen, nach denen Unternehmen den Abschlussadressaten nützliche Informationen über Art, Höhe, Zeitpunkt und Unsicherheit von Erlösen und Zahlungsströmen aus Verträgen mit Kunden zur Verfügung zu stellen haben.
Um ihren Zweck zu erfüllen, bestimmt die Vorschrift „dass ein Unternehmen — um die Übertragung der zugesagten Güter oder Dienstleistungen auf den Kunden abzubilden — die Erlöse in Höhe der Gegenleistung erfassen muss, die es im Austausch für diese Güter oder Dienstleistungen voraussichtlich erhalten wird“. Ihr Grundprinzip ist die Erfüllung der Leistungspflichten gegenüber Kunden. Die Vorschrift strukturiert dieses Grundprinzip im Text selbst und in den Anwendungsbeispielen anhand eines fünfstufigen Modells, das auf alle Verträge mit Kunden anzuwenden ist:
1.) Identifizierung des Vertrages mit dem Kunden,
2.) Identifizierung von gesonderten vertraglichen Verpflichtungen,
3.) Bestimmung des Transaktionspreises,
4.) Aufteilung des Transaktionspreises auf die Leistungsverpflichtungen und
5.) Ausweis der Erlöse in Abhängigkeit von der Erfüllung der Leistungsverpflichtungen.
Neben der Veröffentlichung von IFRS 15 enthält die Verordnung auch eine Reihe von Änderungen anderer internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards. Die Vorschrift ist von den betroffenen Unternehmen für Geschäftsjahre anzuwenden, die am oder nach dem 1. Januar 2018 beginnen.

[value] => El pasado 29 de octubre de 2016, el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea (DOUE) publicó el Reglamento (UE) 2016/1905 de la Comisión, de 22 de septiembre de 2016, relativo a la Norma Internacional de Información Financiera (NIIF) 15 “Ingresos ordinarios procedentes de contratos con clientes”.
Esta norma tiene como objetivo establecer los principios que aplicarán las entidades para presentar información útil a los usuarios de los estados financieros sobre la naturaleza, el importe, el calendario y la incertidumbre de los ingresos ordinarios y los flujos de efectivo derivados de contratos con clientes.
Con objeto de cumplir su objetivo, la norma determina “que una entidad reconocerá los ingresos ordinarios para representar la transferencia de bienes o servicios prometidos a los clientes por un importe que refleje la contraprestación a que la entidad espera tener derecho a cambio de dichos bienes o servicios”. Su principio fundamental es el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de desempeño ante los clientes. La norma estructura este principio a través de 5 pasos que se desarrollan en la misma norma y en sus ejemplos ilustrativos: 1.) identificación del contrato con el cliente, 2.) identificación de las obligaciones separadas del contrato, 3.) determinación del precio de la transacción, 4.) distribución del precio de la transacción entre las obligaciones del contrato y 5.) registro de los ingresos conforme la entidad cumple las obligaciones.
Además de contener la publicación de la NIIF 15, el citado reglamento también incluye una serie de modificaciones de otras Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera, Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad así como de Interpretaciones del Comité de Interpretaciones.
Su aplicación será obligatoria para las empresas afectadas a partir de enero de 2018.
