[value] => Mit dem Ziel das Haushaltsdefizit zu senken, wurden kurzfristig Änderungen an den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zur Regulierung der Körperschaftsteuervorauszahlungen vorgenommen, von denen sich alle Unternehmen, deren Umsatzerlös im Vorjahr über 10 Millionen Euro lag, betroffen sehen.
Kraft dieser Gesetzesänderung, die bereits auf die in den ersten 20 Tagen des Oktobers zu leistenden Vorauszahlungen Anwendung findet, beträgt der Steuersatz derselben 24%, und für alle Unternehmen, die zum allgemeinen Steuersatz von 25% veranlagt werden, wird eine Mindestvorauszahlung in Höhe von 23% des positiven Geschäftsjahrergebnisses festgelegt, das, laut Handelsgesetz, anhand der Gewinn-und-Verlust-Rechnung des Geschäftsjahres für die ersten 3, 9 und 11 Monate des Kalenderjahres in jenen Fällen, in denen der Veranlagungszeitraum mit dem Kalenderjahr übereinstimmt, ermittelt wird.
Nicht in die Bemessungsgrundlage aufzunehmen, sind Einkünfte aus Teilerlass- oder Stundungstransaktionen und, nach Artikel 17.2 des Körperschaftsteuergesetzes, ebenso wenig jene positiven Ergebnisse, die aus einer Erhöhung des Kapitals oder der Eigenmittel aufgrund eines Forderungsausgleichs resultieren.

[value] => Con el fin de reducir el déficit público se han introducido modificaciones relativas al régimen legal de los pagos fraccionados del Impuesto sobre Sociedades que afectan a las empresas con una cifra de negocios en el año anterior igual o superior a 10 millones de Euros.
En virtud de estas modificaciones, aplicables ya a los pagos fraccionado que hay que realizar en los primeros 20 días de octubre, el tipo impositivo de los mismos es del 24%, estableciéndose, para las entidades que tributen al tipo de gravamen general del 25%, un pago fraccionado mínimo del 23% del resultado positivo, determinado de acuerdo al Código de Comercio, de la Cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias del ejercicio de los 3, 9 y 11 primeros meses del año natural en los casos en que el periodo impositivo coincida con el año natural.
No forman parte de la base de cálculo las rentas derivadas de operaciones de quita o espera y el importe del resultado positivo consecuencia de operaciones de aumento de capital o fondos propios por compensación de créditos que por aplicación del artículo 17,2 de la LIS no se integran en la base imponible.
