[value] => Ende April hat das spanische ICAC auf seiner Webseite vier neue Auskünfte zum Rechnungswesen aus der Ausgabe Nr. 105 des BOICAC vom März 2016 veröffentlicht.
Auskunft 1 behandelt die Bilanzierung der Rückzahlung einer öffentlichen Beihilfe. Die um Rat fragende Gesellschaft hat eine landwirtschaftliche Beihilfe zurückzahlen müssen und gegen den Rückzahlungsbeschluss verwaltungsgerichtliche Klage eingelegt.
Auskunft 2 bezieht sich auf die Bilanzierung von unentgeltlich erbrachten Anwaltsleistungen seitens einer Anwaltskanzlei durch eine gemeinnützige Einrichtung. Beide Gesellschaften haben eine Kooperationsvereinbarung abgeschlossen, durch welche die Anwälte der Kanzlei freiwillig Rechtsberatung in den von der gemeinnützigen Einrichtung ausgewählten Projekten leisten.
Auskunft 3 bezieht sich auf die Bilanzierung des Steuereffektes im Zusammenhang mit Kapitalbeihilfen bei Unternehmen, die offene steuerliche Verlustvorträge haben. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzierung der Kapitalbeihilfe im Eigenkapital ist ein passiver latenter Steuerposten zu bilden, der in dem Masse aufgelöst wird, in dem die Beihilfe in die Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung überführt wird.
Auskunft 4 behandelt die Bilanzierung von Erträgen, die während der Testphase von Sachanlagen erwirtschaftet werden. In diesen Fällen sind alle Aufwendungen, die bis zur Herstellung der Funktionsbereitschaft für Tests und Erprobungen anfallen, den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten hinzuzurechnen, wobei diese Aufwendungen durch die während der Testphase erwirtschafteten Erträge vermindert werden. Falls die Erträge die Aufwendungen übersteigen sollten, reduziert der übersteigende Betrag die Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten.

[value] => A finales del mes de abril se publicaron en la página web del ICAC cuatro nuevas consultas de contabilidad correspondientes al Boletín BOICAC 105 de marzo de 2016.
La consulta nº 1 versa sobre el tratamiento contable del reintegro de una cantidad percibida de la Administración Pública. La sociedad consultante ha tenido que devolver una ayuda pública y ha presentado un recurso contencioso administrativo contra la resolución de devolución.
La consulta nº 2 se refiere a la contabilización de servicios de abogacía prestados a título gratuito por un despacho de abogados por medio de una entidad sin fines lucrativos. Ambas entidades han suscrito un acuerdo de colaboración en virtud del cual los abogados del despacho prestan su asesoramiento de forma voluntaria en los proyectos que selecciona la fundación.
La consulta nº 3 se refiere a la contabilización del efecto impositivo asociado a las subvenciones de capital recibidas por entidades con pérdidas acumuladas de ejercicios anteriores que se encuentran pendientes de compensar fiscalmente. En el momento del reconocimiento de la subvención en el patrimonio deberá registrarse el correspondiente pasivo por impuesto diferido, cuya reversión se irá produciendo a medida que se vaya imputando la subvención a la cuenta de resultados.
La consulta nº 4 versa sobre el tratamiento contable de los ingresos generados durante el periodo de prueba de un activo. En estos casos, el coste de adquisición o de producción del activo incluirá los gastos en los que se incurra con ocasión de las pruebas o ensayos necesarios hasta que el activo se encuentre en condiciones de funcionamiento. Estos gastos se minorarán en los ingresos generados por el activo durante ese periodo. Cuando los ingresos superen los gastos, el exceso minorará el coste de adquisición o de producción del activo.
