[value] => Am 24. Mai hat der spanische Staatsanzeiger zwei Entschließungen der Generaldirektion für Register und Notariate vom 22. Mai 2019 veröffentlicht, mit denen die neuen Vorlagen für die Offenlegung der Einzelabschlüsse und der konsolidierten Jahresabschlüsse im Handelsregister genehmigt werden.
Im Laufe des Jahres 2018 hat es keine Änderungen in den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften gegeben, die sich auf die Vorlagen für die Offenlegung der Jahresabschlüsse auswirken. Gleichwohl hat es die Generaldirektion für Register und Notariate jedoch für notwendig erachtet, die folgenden Änderungen an den Vorlagen vorzunehmen: eine bessere Darstellung der vom Unternehmen oder der Unternehmensgruppe getroffenen Entscheidung zur Auf- und Darstellung der nicht-finanziellen Informationen (entweder als Bestandteil des Lageberichts oder aber als separate Erklärung), die Korrektur von zwei Fehlern im Anhang I der Verordnung JUS/319/2018 und zuletzt im Anhang III eine Aktualisierung der Fehlertests im Zusammenhang mit diesen Korrekturen. Die vollständigen Anhänge mit diesen Berichtigungen werden auf der Website des Justizministeriums veröffentlicht.
In den Entschließungen wird ebenfalls daran erinnert, dass diejenigen natürlichen oder juristischen Personen, die bestimmte Dienstleistungen erbringen, gemäß dem aktuellen Wortlaut der einzigen Zusatzbestimmung des Gesetzes 10/2010 vom 28. April zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche und zur Finanzierung des Terrorismus verpflichtet sind, für jedes Geschäftsjahr zusammen mit ihren Jahresabschlüssen ein weiteres Dokument offenzulegen, das die im Absatz 7 dieser Zusatzbestimmung aufgeführten Daten enthält.
Die neuen Vorlagen sind verpflichtend für alle bereits aufgestellten und genehmigten Jahresabschlüsse zu verwenden, die dem Handelsregister nach Veröffentlichung dieser Entschließungen im BOE zur Offenlegung vorgelegt werden.

[value] => El pasado 24 de mayo, el BOE publicó dos resoluciones de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado de 22 de mayo de 2019, por las que se aprueban los nuevos modelos para la presentación en el Registro Mercantil de las cuentas anuales individuales y consolidadas, respectivamente.
A lo largo del año 2018 no se han producido cambios normativos contables que afecten a los modelos de depósito de las cuentas anuales. No obstante, haciendo uso de la facultad que posee, la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado ha considerado necesario incorporar una mejora informativa en la página de presentación en el Registro Mercantil, en los tres modelos de presentación de cuentas y en su anexo técnico para el depósito digital, para delimitar la opción utilizada por las empresas o por el grupo consolidado en la elaboración y presentación del estado de información no financiera (bien como parte del informe de gestión, o como un estado separado); la subsanación en el anexo I de la orden JUS/319/2018 de dos erratas; y, por último, en el anexo III a la actualización de los test de errores relacionados con esa subsanación. Los anexos completos que incorporan dichas subsanaciones y correcciones se publicarán en la página web del Ministerio de Justicia.
Asimismo, recuerda que, de acuerdo con la actual redacción de la disposición adicional única de la Ley 10/2010, de 28 de abril, de prevención del blanqueo de capitales y de la financiación del terrorismo, las personas físicas o jurídicas que presten determinados servicios, deberán cada ejercicio, junto con el depósito de sus cuentas anuales en el Registro Mercantil acompañar otro documento que también quedará depositado del que resulten los datos que se enumeran en el apartado 7 de dicha disposición adicional.
La utilización de los nuevos modelos aprobados será obligatoria para las cuentas anuales formuladas y aprobadas que sean presentadas en el Registro Mercantil con posterioridad a la publicación de estas Resoluciones en el BOE.
