[value] => Am 8. Februar veröffentlichte das Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (DOUE) die Verordnung (EU) 2018/182 der Kommission vom 7. Februar 2018 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1126/2008, mit der bestimmte internationale Rechnungslegungsstandards verabschiedet werden, in Übereinstimmung mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1606/2002 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates in Bezug auf den International Accounting Standard 28 und die International Financial Reporting Standards 1 und 12.
In Bezug auf IFRS 1 „Erstmalige Anwendung der International Financial Reporting Standards“ werden die Paragraphen 39D, 39 F und 39AA gestrichen, die Paragraphen 39L und 39T geändert und der Paragraph 39AD hinzugefügt. In Anhang E werden die Absätze E3-E7 und die entsprechende Überschrift gestrichen.
Zu IFRS 12 „Angaben zu Beteiligungen an anderen Unternehmen“ wird ein neuer 5. Absatz „Anwendungsbereich“ hinzugefügt. In Anhang B wird Paragraph B17 geändert und in Anhang C wird Paragraph C1D hinzugefügt.
Schließlich werden in Bezug auf IAS 28 „Anteile an assoziierten Unternehmen und an Joint Ventures“ die Paragraphen 18 und 36 geändert und Paragraph 45E hinzugefügt.
Die Änderungen zu IAS 28 und IFRS 1 sind für Geschäftsjahre anzuwenden, die am oder nach dem 1. Januar 2018 beginnen, und die Änderung zu IFRS 12 tritt für Geschäftsjahre in Kraft, die am oder nach dem 1. Januar 2017 beginnen.

[value] => El pasado 8 de febrero, el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea (DOUE) publicó el Reglamento (UE) 2018/182 de la Comisión de 7 de febrero de 2018, que modifica el Reglamento (CE) nº 1126/2008, por el que se adoptan determinadas Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad de conformidad con el Reglamento (CE) nº 1606/2002 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, en lo que respecta a la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad 28 y a las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera 1 y 12.
Con respecto a la NIIF 1 „Adopción por primera vez de las normas internacionales de información financiera, se suprimen los párrafos 39D, 39 F y 39AA, se modifican los párrafos 39L y 39T y se añade el párrafo 39AD. En el apéndice E, se suprimen los párrafos E3-E7 y su correspondiente encabezamiento.
En cuanto a la NIIF 12 „Revelación de participaciones en otras entidades“, se añade un nuevo párrafo 5ª „Alcance“. En el apéndice B, se modifica el párrafo B17 y en el apéndice C, se añade el párrafo C1D.
Por último, respecto a la NIC 28 „Inversiones en entidades asociadas y en negocios conjuntos“, se modifican los párrafos 18 y 36ª y se añade el párrafo 45E.
Las modificaciones de la NIC 28 y de la NIIF 1 se aplicarán para los ejercicios iniciados a partir del 1 de enero de 2018 y la modificación de la NIIF 12 se aplicará para los ejercicios iniciados a partir del 1 de enero de 2017.
